COVID-19 INFORMATION:

How we are addressing your safety:

  • We are pre-screening every patient at least once via telephone, as well as upon entry to the office regarding any symptoms or exposure to COVID-19.

  • We are taking the temperatures of every staff member and patient to come into the office.

  • We are wearing masks at all times and masks are required for anyone entering the office.

  • Our waiting area only accommodates 2 people, safely distanced.

  • We use a high-speed evacuation system and have HEPA air filters in each treatment room, with additional units in the office area and break room

  • You will be directed to rinse with an antimicrobial mouthwash prior to beginning treatment

  • Our doctor, hygienist, and assistants are wearing additional PPE to protect themselves and our patients.

  • We are cleaning common areas such as the bathroom, front desk, and waiting room throughout the day.

  • We are following all ADA and CDC guidelines and keeping up with the latest news and recommendations provided.

What you can do:

  • Call our office to reschedule if you are experiencing any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed or showing symptoms of COVID-19

  • Come to your visit on time. This is important to avoid waiting and to have as few people in the office as possible.

  • Come to your appointment alone (if possible) to limit the number of people in the office. Please let us know if you need someone to come with you, such as an aide or caretaker.

  • If you prefer to wait in your car or outside, call our office and we can call or text you when it is time for your appointment

  • Wear a mask upon entry to the building.

  • Wash or sanitize your hands upon entry to the office.

  • Allow us to take your temperature with our touchless infrared thermometer and answer all screening questions.
